1. Click on the Start button then click on the control panel button

If your Control Panel doesn't look similar to the pictures Click on Switch to Category View

1. Click on Network and Internet Connections

    

1. Click on Set up or change your Internet connection

1. Click on the Setup button and this will take you to the New Connection Wizard

1. Select the Connect to the Internet option then click the Next button

1. Select the Set up my connection manually option then click  the Next button

1. Select the Connect using a dial-up modem option then click the Next  button

1. Type poi for the ISP Name

1. In the "Phone Number" field, type the number corresponding to your island * see dial up numbers on the tech support page

1. enter your User name:
2. enter your Password
3. Confirm Password:

1. Select Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop box
2. Click on the Finish button
