Windows NT

  1. Click on the  Start  button then settings
  2. Click Control Panel then open the network icon.
  3. Now click the Services tab.
  4. Select Remote access service then click on properties
  5. No remote services listed? click add then add it.

  1. select the modem installed then click configure
  2. nothing listed? just click add then add it.

  1. Make sure it looks like the picture above then click ok

  1. Click on network and make sure picture looks like the one above then click ok.

  1. open my computer then dial up networking
  2. Click on new then type in poi for phonebook entry

  1. click on the next button

 

  1. Make sure your settings look like the picture above
  2. Click the next button

 

  1. Enter the phone number that your island uses. See phone list in the tech support section
  2. click on the next button

  1. Click on finish

  1. Click on the "More" button and choose "Edit entry and modem properties."


  1. Chck to see if your screen looks like the picture above on the Basic tab.
  2. Next click on the server tab

  1. Chck to see if your screen looks like the picture above on the server tab.
  2. click on the tcp/ip settings button

  2. Click ok

  1. Chck to see if your screen looks like the picture above on the  Security tab.
  2. Click OK



  1. click on theDial  button
  2. make sure your username and password are set to go
  3. click ok to dial
